Your VA will be hired, trained, and managed by CallDeals. You will speak directly to your client success manager who will provide you with a daily performance report. The account manager will send the report using WhatsApp or Slack or Skype. If at any point you are not satisfied with your current VA, they will be replaced immediately. At CallDeals if our VA’s do not provide results more than 3 days in a row, they will be replaced.

No, we have a flat rate for the services of our VAs. We pay for our VAs’ employment costs, including their benefits and equipment, so you don’t have to pay any additional costs.
